It is not released to people outside of Krueger and Valente Law LLC, except as agreed to by you for the purpose of the services to be provided, or as required under applicable law.
We retain records relating to professional services that we provide for a limited period of time so that we are better able to assist you with your professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. In order to guard your nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards. We may also contract with third parties to perform services for your benefit. These may include, but are not limited to, services such as photocopying documents, scanning material, processing electronically stored information (ESI), or other file-related tasks. We will only disclose information that is reasonably necessary for the third party to carry out its agreed responsibilities. We require these third parties treat your personal information, and our information regarding your matters, in a similar confidential manner.
